Heater control

The heater control doesn't seem to work....only hot air.

No...

No clicking sound when it's on the cold side. The heater controls work fine for the back seats.

sounds to me like a blend door actuator. though im not as familiar with the 2and gen models..if you have a 1997 there is a section for those models. and the rear has its own heating system, thats why the rear works.
