Have you checked to see if the air is coming out somewhere it shouldn't be? Like the defrost vents instead of the dash vents, or the floor vent instead of the dash vent?
If the air is being directed properly, it could be a bad blower motor resistor, or the airbox could have become clogged with debris from trees, if it had been regularly parked outside.
Welcome to this forum! There is a special spray for cleaning the fins in a heater core. Lowe's has this spray. I think that it might be called coil cleaner.
