Hello, glad to find a place to read about my 01 Explorer or ones like it anyway. I'm not much of a talker so thanks to the admin for this website. I have a 2001 Explorerer XLT with 56000 miles on it. Hopefully I'll have no problems with it.

None that I can think of right off the bat. I am putting a stereo in it tomorrow and would also like to get a reciever hitch for it. I have pulled small u-hauls trailers to Colorado with a car and I'm glad to have something now that should have no problems pulling the trailers. I dont like the idea of hooking it up to the bumper though. So I need to find a hitch that lets me get around the spare tire that is underneath the explorer.
