Hi Folks,
New to the forum.I think I'll like it here.
It looks as though there have been a few guys out there moding out the Explorer Sport Tracs.Thats what brought me here.I found this site through Google,while looking for Sport Trac accessories and so forth.
I have on order a 2008 Sport Trac Adrenalin V-8 2wheel.Bright Colorado Red(of course)it's the best color!!
I will be towing my bass boat,and using it as a daily driver.And yes I'm excited.Have another 3-4weeks before she comes in.
Any suggestions or idea's to help get better milage/performance? I know the 2 don't go hand in hand,but I'll lean towards mileage concerns until I get the feel for what it will do.I'm coming out of a F-150 Screw with the 5.4 (toad).
But it got 18mpg highway/and down right sucked in the city(11mpg).
I put a K&N filter in it and opened up the cold air inlet.And that was all,it was leased and I didn't want to do mods and give it up later.
The Adrenalin will be a different story though!!
