Hi All 
Just joined up from Bristol in the UK. I have owned my Explorer for a few years now.
It has been running very well - she seems almost bulletproof - but has one or two snags I need to sort out.
I am looking around right now to see if I can find a rubber gaiter (boot) to replace the one on the steering knuckle universal joint. Mine has split and looks exactly like one I found right here in another thread - you can see the universal through the split, so it is now exposed to dirt and grit.
Has anyone here found a source for the gaiter? If not, any suggestions on how to protect the joint better?
