HELP! '99 + front bumper

I got a '99 front bumper from a friend and I don't think it has all of its parts. I'm trying to figure out how it all fits together and what I'm missing. I know I need brackets to mount the fog lights but I'm not sure what else I'm missing. I'm really not sure about how to mount it to the frame rails, etc.

Does anyone have a schematic for the '99 or later front bumper assembly?

OK here's the scoop. The front bumper comes in ten thousand pieces. Ok maybe I am exaggerating. probably more like nine thousand pieces. If all you got was the front cover, you are about $300 short of getting your bumper mounted. Good luck Paxton

I finally found a schematic blow-up of the bumper at parts.com. I have the bumper too but what I'm missing is the plate that goes on the back of the bumper and holds the sliding nuts in place. I'm going to see if the guy who gave the bumper has it & if not hit the junkyards.
