Transfercase output is bad.

Rear pinion gear shaft slop / play. Broken tone ring / diff internals.

Cracked wheel.

Bad Hub bearing.

Loose / Broken axle U-bolts.

Broken rear shackle.

the thing is possessed I didn't touch it since Friday drove to work today and almost no vibration at all im getting a blazer this weekend hopefully so if any one is around northern Illinois ill give a good deal on it

and now this morning it was worst than ever that's why its so frustrating its never consistent

My best guess would be in the transfercase but it could be the torque converter. If someone greased the rear slip yoke in the driveshaft and installed it 1 tooth off the U-joints would be out of phase. All you would do is take the rear shaft out and lay it on a flat surface and make sure the u-joints are in line.

^^^ this, or a forced in u joint after knocking the pin bearings loose.

the thing that makes no sense to me is how somedays there is not as much as a road vibration and then I took it to lunch today and was afraid to go over 30 it was like I was driving on square tires

Do you have any codes being thrown? Any dash lights blinking?

Since it is intermittent, and a bad shudder, I am wondering about the transmission itself with a fluid pressure pulse or the T-case magnetic clutch causing the shudder. Both could vibrate the heck out of the truck.

no no codes at all but it still vibrates when you put it in neutral and it gets aliitle better at 50 on the gas off the gas or accelerating its bad
