Hi all
I have a 1996 4.0ltr explorer.
On my way to work this morning travelling along and all of a sudden the engine cuts out.
pulls over and the imobilizer is not working, fuse number 3 20amp under bonnet has blown.replace fuse
About 1min later it blows again and again,
Changed fuel pump still the same.
Can anyone help me out please it's sending me round the bend.
Thanks

Think your going to have to just take a multimeter and ohm it out till you find it. Anything in particular your using when it blows? My 97 was doing that and was a wire under the seat that the power seat had worn through.

Not really using Anything in particular when it blows.
But the fuse runs the fuel pump and the immobiliser.
Hard to test as the fuse blows before you get chance to check anything
this my prob and the cost of the fuses.
HA HA HA HA

Thanks
Stu
