Sway-bar bushings.

yup... got under and pushed up thats def. it whats a good replacement or whatever?

Do this one side at a time...

Unbolt the bushing shell from the framerail, remove it. Slide the bushing away from the framerail, then spread it open at the molded-in split line and take it off the swaybar. Clean the bushing ID with a rag and some brake cleaner, then clean the area of the swaybar where the bushing rides in the same way. Put enough lithium grease (white grease) in the ID of the bushing to completely fill the "waffle pattern" in the ID. Spread the bushing and replace it on the swaybar , under the framerail. Put the bushing shell back on, bolt it into place. I think the torque is like 30-40 ft/lbs for the bushing shell bolts. Squeak all gone!
