HELP front end noise

My wife's 05 explorer is giving trouble, just going down the road it feels like the front transfer case is kicking into 4 wheel drive, this has the advance trac in it, I found while driving it for a couple day's that it only takes the slitest bump to throw it into 4 wheel drive. I need to find out what to do or just plain unhook it, if ya'll can help me out I would surely appreciate it.

hey there, no it has the push button on the dash, they say 4x4 auto, 4x4 high and 4x4 low,there is another button that you can push to turn off the advance track, I have tried everything with all of them, but nothing works.
