if both dont work at all then its the controller (the computer - that works out if the lights are going yet in order to drop the voltage to about 60 volts from 20K).
it may think you have an issue and hase gone into safe mode - try disconnecting eveything from the battery and waiting for 15 mins and connecting again - then run turn the car on, then the lights on (leave light on for 5min+ once they are on)

sorry they did actually come with a relay system but looked a little different, (hi/low controller). so you think i need to disconnect it from the battery for 15 min then start the car and turn headlights on for 5 min?
i tried that and nothing! the headlights NEVER TURN ON

How did you fix this? I'm getting the same setup as you..

Was that your mistake, or was it setup like that?

I was told it's the kit setup, can you verify this?

uhh...... wut?

Thats why i tell ppl the bi xenon kits arent good, the motor/controller on the bulb will not last a yr. You better hope when that motor goes, its not stuck in the hi beam location.

Ive gone through a lot of HID kits, the cheaper ones don't make it even a year. Thats what the cheap bi xenon kits will do, after a year your ballast will either go or the controler/motor on the bulb will.

He's kinda obsessed with the new digital kits.

You should check them out, he sells them.. the advantages to the traditional HID setup are pretty amazing.. They look promising.. but they're a bit spendy.. PM him for details.

ok, so i have HID's on my explorer, and i cant have the auto headlights on, and i am trying to figure out why i cant use them with the HID's. any suggestions? anyone else having that problem?
