HeLP installing procomp spindles

hey watsup! i'm new and have finally received my 3" spindle procomp lift and am having trouble following the one liner instructions that pro-comp gave me.. does anybody kno of any links or pictures or even advice on how to install this puppy on my 00 2wd mountry???
