Help me out with somthing "shock-ing"

Hi everyone, im new to the forum, i have a 2001 ford explrer sport 2-door, and i replaced the tires first with the revo2, then i did the the lower ball joints.....i never replaced the shocks, i have 100,000 miles on it, so decided to smooth out the suspention so i installed all 4 shocks Monroe Sensatrac.....(ive read good things about these shocks, and that they are cushy) ....now the ride is rough, jarring and kinda shaky...it makes me dizzy everytime i drive the truck.....it was better and smoother with just the stock wornout shocks and new tires, the tires made a big difference in the comfort of the ride.
i also need to do the upper ball joints and get an alignment....could that be the reason for the poor ride quality??
What else can it be???

a bad alignment good be responsible its capable of creating a bind in the suspension the new stiffer fresh shocks could also be the cause my 02 sport rides rough sports are just rough riding trucks

uppers can cause bad ride. I had a earth shaking vibration at 65...i replaced my upper and lowers..and wheel bearings...now it fine.

the uppers were REALLY bad. its will cause a wobble if they are so worn like mine was.

yeah sports arent smooth...

check your swaybar end links. that can cause a wobble on turning...like its unstable
