ok, i was being a nice brother and driving my sister and all her friends to the mall to see a movie, beginging the drive the guages were all working fine as far as i know, thank i was looking at the RPMs and i noticed the guage was stuck on 0. than i looked a tthe MPH and noticed that that guages was moving all over the place, than i looked at the battery guage and that was on zero, it is always int he middle, and than i looked at the oil pressure guage and that was only a quarter and that is always int he middle also. after dropping them off i was driving and all of a sudden the MPH stopped workking and i was looking at the odometer at the same time and that wasnt moving. also i tried putting od/off on and noticed the rmps rise, but no light, than when i was at a low speed i tried putting it in 4 auto and no light also .as of now here is the info....

RPM - not working
MPH - not working
odometer - not working
oil pressure - 1/4 way up (weird)
battery guage - not working
lights - not working Thank you for your help!!!!

one more thing i forgot to add, i just got my truck back form the tranny shop yesterday and they were fixing a leak, does that have anyhting to do with it, where does the truck get the RPM readings from?

does anyone have any ideas?

sounds like what my girlfriend's bonneville does every now and then...only doesn't effect her speedo/odo, if it wasn't a bad thing it'd be cool to see the oil/temp/turbo/gas guages jumping around really quickly....sorry i can't help, wish i could though

i solved part of the problem, i know why its not working correct, i looked at my fuses next to the dash and fuse number 11 (warning lamps) was blown. i than put a new 10 amp fuse in ther and started the truck up, everything worked!!!!! than i went to go pick up my sister and her friends and it was all broken again so when i get home i look at the fuses and sure enough fuse number 11 was blown, can some please help me , i dont know where this could be shoorting and i really need to fix it tonite!!! thanks

ok this is getting really weird, it randomly decides when to show the rpms, and mph, and when they are showing that dont look accurate, they fluctuate to much. someone has to of had this problem before or knows whatt to do, common guys, this is really bugging me and im all stressed out

Did you happen to drive through the Bermuda Triangle on your way to the mall? On the bright side you have an excuse for speeding since your meters aren't reading right. Wish I knew how to help. Sorry. Sounds like a short of some sort to be blowing the fuses. Maybe the bumped some wires when they were working on your tranny

yea, thats what im tring to figures out, where do all of the readings come from, the tranny or some where else?

does anyone have a wireing diagram for # 11 fuse?
