I am driving a 1995 Explorer Sport. I need new tires for it, but I'm not sure what to get. I would like to get the biggest tires possible, and the best I can for a reasonable price. And by the way, how big of tires can I put on anyway? Thankyou.

Adam-You should be able to fit 31s. I would also check your gearing. If you have 3.73 or 4.10 you should be okay and not notice too much loss of power. Now I'm not sure what kind of driving you do but if its mostly highway and light offroading I'd recommend BFG Longtrails. I got my 31s for about $90 each mounted with service warranty from Sam's Club. If you are interested you might check a post by Richardp on the Sale page. He was selling a set of Longtrails for $300. It was posted on 11/15 so I don't know if he sold them or not. But I really like these BFGs. They are the smoothest and quietest tires I've owned yet.

You'll probably be able to squeeze 31's under there. I have a 92 XLT that i had to put on a 2" body lift just to get 31's on there. But i also have about 117,x.. miles on it, so my springs are no doubt sagging.

The tires that i have are BFG All-Terrains. This things absolutely kick ass!!!! The only down side of them, is their mud capabilities aren't the greatest in the world. you have to be at high speeds to clean the mud out of the tracks. They rock on wet and snowy pavement, though. So i guess it all depends on your type of driving.
