If I was able to get the parts from the Duff 2.5 lift for the front end, what else would I need? I would be getting the coils, drop down brackets and the hardware. And how much addn'l $$ would it be for the rest? For the rear I wanted add-a-leaf and shackles. I think I would also need new camber bushings? What else? Brake lines? Would I need new shocks? Anything else? Help?

New shocks and brake lines are about all I can think of.

Sounds like you will be pretty dang setup! Cool!

So I'd need shocks that were 2.5 in longer than stock right? Is that what I tell them when I go to buy them or what? I like the Monroes, how many inches long would they need to be? Also do most add-a-leaf's come with new U-bolts? Other than extended brake lines I'll be fine? I can't wait to get it installed!!

Why don't you just get the kit? You will need brakelines but it would be a lot less of a pain than finding parts from a bunch of different manufactures. The kit comes with the shocks too.

I'm only doing it this way because I got a deal on all the front end components.... Stuff for the rearend is pretty cheap. Plus I haven't heard anything about Duff shocks, I was leaning towards Ranchos or Bilstiens

Yuo Don't need longer Brake lines or camber bushings. Just Coils, four Drop Brackets, Add leafs, Shackels and Shocks. Get Shocks for 0-4" lift. I got my Ranchos at the local 4x4 shop

Hey the less stuff I need for this project the better. I didn't think the brake lines would reach... have you installed a 2.5 lift w/o them? Which Ranchos did you get Kirby? I've heard good and bad things about them, but its hard to justify the cash for Bilstiens of Edelbrocks!

I have the 3 inch lift that I originally installed on a ranger, now it is on my Navajo. I have Duff 70/30's on the rear and RS5000's on the front. The Ranchos work well. I can't believe you've heard bad things about Ranchos, I consider them top of the line. The only thing that bothers me about the Duff Lift is that the Rear sway bar links might be too short. I just removed them though and I can't tell much difference. I think the lifts Duff sells now only come with add a leafs or shackels, not both, but the ranger was considerably lighter in the rear and I needed both for my truck to look decent. I have installed this lift twice on two different trucks without extended brake lines. If you need any extra length on the front you can straighten out the metal part. If you need Extra on the rear you can take out the bolt that mounts it on top of the axle and replace it with a longer bolt and a spacer.
