First disconnect the socket from the bulb then reach in there and twist that gray thing that locks the headlights in place pull the bulb out, reverse process to install.
Yeah, the only hard part is twisting the lock ring off b/c the space is so tight behind the headlight. I put the same bulbs in my truck and I'm pretty pleased with the results (even though the drivers side high beam crapped out in just 2 months, but I took em back and got a new pair so now I've got a spare riding in the truck with me)
