Help with Codes

Hello, first time poster and a new guy.......

Long time Ford boy with a F150 Lightning, bought a 97 Explorer Sport for a work vehicle last night. Popped a "few" codes tonight. Can anybody help me out, tell me what Iam dealing with........

PO 715
PO 733
PO 734
PO 741
P1000

And yes, the O/D light is blinking like a Christmas tree :-(

po 733 gear three incorrect ratio
po 734 gear four incorrect ratio
po 741 torque converter clutch solenoid circuit performance or stuck off
po 1000 OBDsystems readiness test not complete
there are a couple of guys on here that can maybe help you out with the transmission problem...
