id say you have a weak battery or a bad connection or a bad ground somewhere and when the car is running the extra current from the alternator is helping them sound better...

crossed wires

hey i just discovered somthing really interesting about my cruise control and my horn today while hitting buttons at a red light. i found, if you have the finget tip cruise along with the audio controls on the steering wheel, that if you hit "on" and "cruise" at the same time you will honk your horn. has anyone else come across this or know if this is something i should be worried about?
