Wanted help with major starting problem

Can't get my 91 Explorer to run. All should be right with the world with it. Got spark, fuel but won't run. Any suggestions? Please help and thank you!

Have you measured fuel pressure? Anything happen prior to this? Can you try to start it and then pull a plug and describe/photo it?

Have pressure gauge. 30lbs pressure at the fuel rail. Doesn't seen like injectors are fireing. Nothing happened to her when it was parked. Ran perfect. Just sat for reasons beyond ny control for a while.

I guess you would have mentioned a check-engine light. I guess I would crank it a little bit and pull an easy plug, see if it is wet with gas or not.

Get a multimeter and test the injector plug for voltage as it is cranked,also get a spark tester and check the spark that way to make sure that there is enough spark to fire it.
