ok i inherited my father in laws explorer with 60000 miles on it
its a 94

Cruise control does not work and i can only remeber that it worked a while back when i was upstate

this is what i have done so far
checked vacum and it has it ran vacum direct and servo worked.
repaired and replaced any break light that was out
last year changed break light switch
all fuses good
and today i changed vss switch on speedo cable.shifts a lot better now.

took cover off sterring wheel and made sure switches had all wires attached

so there i am any one have any clues

Cruise control amplifier. Open your glovebox, and drop it down. Look in the top and you'll see a small box with 2 wiring harnesses. Go get one at the local junkyard.

This fixed mine a few weeks ago.
