Not to bring up politics on here, there are plenty of forums out there for that, but I voted for McCain too. I hope Obama does a good job but I have my doubts.

Of interest on here is the environmental policies that Obama might support. He is more "green" than any president we have had. I fear the environmentalists may succeed in shutting down more trails and eliminating SUVs like the Explorer since our new president is more sympathetic to them.

well i agree , i am Canadian , but i would have voted for McCain too i think,,
i think the SUV should not be eliminated,, but,, do we have a need for so many models ??
it seems the US automakers, just keep making variations on the same theme,
as for taking away more trails, the tree huggers don't want anybody out there at all, ,
Do they remember how we got here and went everywhere to explore it,,and it didn't hurt the ecosystem,, can't see what having a trail to get somewhere that is out of the ordinary hurts,, remember trees process the carbon out of the enviroment,, and clean the air,
