Twice we've meet at the Fuddruckers around 85th and Metcalf. Then also we've done the Hooters once down the street. The later is my personal favorite. But one place you get good food and the other you get...well... you know.
The only qualification is you have to have fun. We are seriously laid back. It's just to have a good time, hang out, and talk about Explorers...or girls...or whatever.
Nobody on our site has a really modified one. You can drive an Explorer up that still has the window sticker on it. It's all good.
Is there any way you can get a hold of me the next time you all get together, or should I just keep checking the site? B/c I'm very interested in this.
tranny'S ,, yes, i have. my first one went out in 1992 when i downshifted(auto) trying to pass somebody and it just busted. then a few months ago(this was my fault) i went muddin and broke a seal or something, the trans got hot and it wouldnt budge. im on my 3rd now. hopefully this one lasts as long as the 2nd one did
We will post it here also. It sru doesn't hurt to be on KCAreExplorers also. Just click on the link below. Where about in Shawnee do you live. I work in Merriam at IBT just off Merriam Drive over looking Sonic.
Nice to see there are some fans of the X/ranger somewhat close. I wouldn't be able to go to KC much since i am in manhattan but would like to go to the run at tuttle since it is close. Keep on rocking.
