hesitates into reverse..BAD

hey this has been getting worse and worse...ive already taken it to the dealer and they indicated/fixed a bad shift solonoid but the problem continues, i put it in reverse and it takes like 4-6 seconds to actaully engage the gear...any ideas? I want to take it back but i guess im looking for a better way to explain to the dealership....thanks for any help

no it went to garden grove ford (now out of bus.) and then to sunset ford for the cruise control recall deal....but the tranny is stuill ###t!

Not good...

Try Tuttle-Click or Capistrano Ford... Capo Ford fixed mine, it took a few days longer than I wanted, but whenever there is a problem, they handle it... and they'll drive you home and bring you back... They've both improved greatly. It sounds like you're closer to Tuttle...

Try the viton "D" ring kit, and a new gasket on the low/reverse servo.
