Hi I will install this lights on my explorer but I don't know how to

Are they head lights or fog lights?

O no no, yeah thats it fog lights, i need relays,fuses, cables, how to conect ???

They look like they have the halo ring. How many wires are coming out of the back of the each fog light.

it no have that cables, for that is my ask, what I need to conect on original Switch Headlamps ?

He asked what wires are coming out of the end. Not cables. We need to know what wires there is so we can tell you how to hook them up.

This will be hard to explain this, because there really seems to be a language barrier. Run the + Positive wires to your batter and - Negative wires to your battery. Use a fuse. Put them on a switch.
