Hi mileage oil worth it?

I've two Explorers, a 1999 and a 2002, both > 100K miles. I've noticed that several motor oils are marketed as for engines with higher mileage. Anyone with experience/opinions about these speciality oils? Any recommendations? Also, I usually install FRAM oil filters. Any benefit to changin to Motorcraft? Thanks, Ken

There is no need for a high mileage oil. Just use a quality oil, preferably full synthetic.

Dump the Fram filters.
