HIDs installed (56k, go get a drink)

Got my HID kit installed and running. Just figured I'd post some pics of a 3rd gen with HIDs since I haven't seen anyone on here with them yet.

I put them in the stock housing, and they work good enough for me. It's like night and day difference from stock lights. I already have read the "it causes too much glare" and "only install in projectors" threads, so you can save those comments. I just wanted to share the looks for those who want to see the difference.

I am thinking of getting 8000k HIDs on my x. Are they blue colored HIDs or purple colored HIDs.

I have 8000k....they are slighty more blue than stock Escalade, BMW, Saab HIDs.

I was going to get 6000k for a more stock HID look, but I liked having a slightly bluer look, so the 8000k was perfect.
