I posted this somewhere else-- but I'll try again.
The high beam indicator on my dash stays on very dimly with the low beams on. Also, on an empty (almost) tank, one day a couple of weeks ago, the needle on the gas gauge started rising to above half way. I filled it with gas, and this hasn't happened since. Ideas?
Thanks, Michael

i dont know about the gas guage but mabey ur high beam thing is because that part of the dash has lifted or something and now another indicators light can shine into that one? i dunno

does it still do that when you turn the dash lights off

I would suggest that you have a bad earth connection. Probably where the multi plug goes into the dash. Pull the dash and clean all the contacts.

It goes out when the dash lights are off.

I had the same problem with the high beam indicator. The problem was that the bulb connector had melted nd had to be changed. If that's not the problem than the filament for one of your high beams is blown.
