High-Flow Cat

hey guys, im thinkin about getin a high flow cat but wanted to ask any of u guys if u think its worth the money as far as power and gas goes, also does it affect the sound of the exhaust at all

I put a high flow cat on my f150 and a full exhaust system from the manifolds back. I didn't notice any difference in power. It may help with the sound but I have nothing to compare it to.

It very doubtful that you will gain either power or mileage.

I wouldn't swap cats unless the existing cats have failed.
