Hissing Sound Under Passenger Side, Cold Engine, Hot Day

Doing some yard work and I noticed a hissing sound... thought I left the garden hose running but it was coming from the undercarriage of my 2009 Explorer (75K miles).

Car hadn't been on in over 30 hours. Reasonably warm day... small spot on driveway below noise which is coming from halfway up the car... not wet but fresh. Fluid levels look perfect. I had all fluids changed two weeks ago.

What is this? Still hissing... I hate snakes... luckily it's not a snake.
