So i had a guy do some work on my car replacing the radiator, long story short he crammed my alternator wire in between the hose that goes from the plastic intake piece on the top of the engine and the EGR valve. This resulted in an arc to take place which destroyed my alternator wire and burnt a hold in that metal valve. How i take that hose out? It seems to be held in with a bracket in which the bolt is behind something on my engine block.

That wire is run that way from the factory. Just replaced my t-stat this weekend and that wire was sitting exactly the same way on my engine. Thanks Ford!

in the picture i have fixed it, but he really jammed it between the block and that hose to get it out of the way, either way i need to figure out how to remove it so i can go down to pick and pull and get one.
