How do I change dead dash bulb?

I have a 95 XLT 4x4 Explorer with 140K miles on it.

Recently, the right side of the dash has not been lit up at night (I do not drive it much when its dark outside). This is the area where the speedo, tach and gauges are located - the right half, where the gauges are is the part that is in the dark right now. The other side (left) of this area lights up just fine.

It looks like theres a bulb behind the instrument panel.

Anyone know how to get to this bulb? Is it something I can replace myself? Is the bulb avaialble at an auto parts store or do I have to get it from the dealer? Is it expensive? Is this an easy job, or will it take lots of time to remove everything to get to it?

Any help from those that have replaced the bulbs on their dashes on 95+ year Explorers would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with my 92 4dr. One by one, the lightbulbs went out on my dashboard. Now my dashboard is completely black. (not to mention the fuel guage I have is constantly on "E") I havent gotten around to changing them yet, but I have an idea how to go about it since I already pulled apart sections of the dashboard while installing a new head unit. For one, it is easier to get the dashboard frame (dont know the technical name for it) off when the steering wheel is removed (watch out for popping springs when removing the steering wheel).

If you find additional info, please post it.
