How Do I make an Emblem?

Hey, I would like some info on how to make a professional-looking auto emblem.
I already have a logo that I want to use.

I checked with some custom emblem manufacturers, but they require a couple thousand minimum. I just want to make two for myself. They do not have to be chrome. I can print the image I want, say on decal paper or similar, and somehow apply that to a plastic base or something...don't know.

Just a simple 3 inch diamond-shaped emblem (badge) with an image to stick on the front fenders.
