How do i remove the rivits attached to the window glass on the track in a 2003 ford taurus

hello my name is brandy and I've been working on my moms 2003 Ford Taurus for her and just like a week ago someone had broken out her driver window and stole everything out of her car. I am trying to replace her window for her but I don't know how to get the rivets out that are connected to the track that is on the window its self and not break the window so I can get it back on the window regulator and back in the door... so if you have any suggestions on how to do this that would be fantastic . ​
