Hello everyone! I have a 99' Explorer XlT and I am wondering how to replace the serpentine belt. What I need to remove to get to it and how do i remove what I need to remove. Sorry im a noob here. If there is a thread already made about it please point me to it because I could not find it.

you shouldn't have to remove anything, you just need a 3/8 breaker bar without a socket and put it in the belt tensioner, and if i'm not mistaken turn to the left and that will take the tension off the belt and take the belt out around the fan blade.

Depends on the engine. The SOHC V6 and 5.0L V8 are different. A breaker bar as mentioned above won't help you with the V8.

...and there is a picture of the correct routing on the radiator support.
