How do I take off my fender?

Could anyone tell me how to take my passenger side fender off my 2001 explorer sport? That or direct me to a place that would tell me. There is a large dent in it and I am about to buy a replacement one.
Also I think the one I am buying is not painted. Any recommendations on where to take it to get it painted to match the rest of the explorer?

Just take off the bolts on the top of the fender under the hood and the ones in the door jam. Also look for anything under the hood that is bolted to the fender. You may need to remove the headlight stuff too because there may be some bolts and things hiding behind them.

As for the painting, any decent body shop should be able to help you out.
