How Do Rear Headrests Come Off???

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new-bee to this site. I have a 2001 Sport Trac. My question is how do the rear headrests from my 60/40 bench come off. I wanna re-upholster and need them off but I don't wanna damage the seat or break anything. Uhhggg, frustrated! THANKS!!

I think they just pull all the way up and out.

Is a PITA, on my trac (see Pic), you unsnap the headrest from the backside.
Than to remove the entire headrest you need to remove the four lock spring retainers, than remove the headrest, hope this helps.
The fronts have a lock, depress and just pull.

Mine is the same way as Spindle's and i also have a 2001 PITA i have leather tho
