Rattling rear headrests? Any fix?

on my 2002 looks like someone whacked them down hard breaking some plastic that fell inside the headrest. Is there a way to take the cloth cover off to get inside it? Thanks!

there are some clips i guess that you can see if you pull the headrest up. just give a little pull and they should come off. then there are two bolts that hold the plastic piece on take those off and then you can replace it or fix it.
