My friend has these subs for a week, and returned them because he said they sucked, I never personally heard them though. I've heard from a lot of people that Rockford makes great amps, and the subs are kinda stinky

do you know of something that would be a better deal then? Im looking for a good qaulity 8inch woofer that wont break the bank but sound good in my 2 door truck

My uncle has an 8 inch bazooka tube in his '90 toyota. with a set of boston aucustics components. Sounds really good if your not looking for hard bass, but bass that just adds to the music. Might wanna get some other opinions, don't really know anything about 8 inchers.

yea i've heard that the old stuff was like top of the line quality....Guess they fell short with the Punch line.

MA Audio XE 8"s, bump pretty good in a hobbled together ported box but these babies are goin in my doors! (For size comparison they are sitting next to a RE 10" subwoofer)--Just a suggestion....
