how do those lights blink to the music

I was thinking of buying those lights that blink to the music and put them under my seats. How do they work? Do you have to put a relay in for them? Can I buy more that one and hook them together?

Some you do have to use a relay on, and yes you can attach a lot. These lights blink to the slightest vibration, not only from the music, but the every bump you hit. They just flash whenever its vibrated, I don't know how else to explain it. I thought it was cool when they came out but a buddy of mine wasted 300 bucks on all these lights just to be annoyed by them all the time. It does get rather annoying, so I'd just stick with plain neons and save some money

or you can hook up the interior lights up to the speaker output....posative to posative and negative to negative....does the same hing but looks cooler

If you buy neons from streetglow then you can get a music interface that you can connect up to 8 (I think) lights to. My plan for the summer is to have my blue lights always on, and have a set of yellow set to flash to the music.

The music interface can be wired directly to the battery or another power source, there is a fuse on the interfaces power wire.

you can hook any neons up to a music interface. This is the best way to get rid of the flashing due to vibration

It works this way, but ruins the neon in under 30 seconds. Been there done that!

can't you hook a string of christmas lights up to the speaker termanal?

Music Interface from Street Glow is the best way. You can use several different settings which include the ability to control sencetivity as well as just shutting the neons on or off. Good little toy as it is sitting in my room right now waiting for me to stop being lazy

my friend got one the operates by sound for about 70 bucks. plugs into his cigarette lighter slot. was fun to mess around with.

This weekend I installed 2 of the streetglow neon controllers, very simple and easy to use and makes the wiring easier.

Each controller can handle 12 tubes, I've got 8 blue tubes on the first one and 2 yellow and 1 blue light on the second that flash to the music, very nice product.
