How do you replace door lights on a 1992 Explorer?

How do you replace the left and right door lights on a 1992 Explorer? Please Help

you can try to pop the lenses off but i broke mine on one side when i did that. its usually easier to pop the door panel off and pull the bulb out from behind.

Wait, those are actually supposed to work? I haven't seen mine work in years... I just put a strip of reflective tape on them.
