This was my vehicle before I got the Ex. It replaced my 1988 5.8 Bronco XLT that I drove into the ground. It was a good fit because at the time I was commuting 100+ miles a day and the 8 MPG in the Bronco was killing me. I have pictures posted here. Please let me know if they are not showing! :salute:

what happened did u lose control in the snow

Ouch!!!

My Dad (79yo) was driving the Focus last January and ended up losing control and doing a 180 and hit a boulder in someone's front yard and rolled and landed on the roof. He was trying to crawl out when the first responders got there. The spider web on the windshield was where his head hit. Good luck telling someone born in 1930 that they need to use a seat belt. I can remember my Dad cutting the lap belts out of his cars. He spent 3 months in the hospital/rehabilitation and is not quite the same but he is doing OK! The Focus was 9 years old and didn't have a mark on it with only 60,000 miles. Needless to say it was a total loss and it was only the second brand new car I have purchased. The first being my 1989 Mustang GT that was rolled/totaled on the day it was paid off.:( I guess all is well because I have wanted an Ex since 1991 when I first laid eyes on one but could never afford one. I guess since Dad is OK, dreams really do come true!!
