How much would you pay for a BW1354 Manual

So my friend has a good 1354 ready to bolt up, trying to figure out how much to give him for it, how much was yours? Poll/Post your price.

Got mine for $100 at the junkyard.

I paid just a hair under $200 when I broke the chain in our 1354 (electric shift) while on the road in CA. The junk yard wanted >$200 but all I had in cash was just under $200 and they took it.

That was in Hisperia Ca, about 150k miles ago (I don't remember what year we put the 700r4 in, but it was that year.. Guessing 5 years now).

The local place here sells them for $80.. .which I have bought two from them.

I've heard of people paying $300 for one. But if you look around (and are patient) you usually can get them cheaper (as this thread shows).

true, but its more so just to find an median of what people paid so i can give that to my friend, neither of us know how much its worth, so you guys are helping both of us.
