how much does a key job cost? a couple of the lines are deep but the rest aren't too bad. The key marks are from the front passanger fender to the rear fender across the whole side of the passanger side of the truck and the rear hatch is also marked up .

You know what im not really good with prices and things. Give me your X's Year,Model,and Color and ill call my dad and get you an estimate (He owns a paint & body shop) He can give you a 'ball park' price of what it should be. A pic wouldn't hurt either. Hope I can help. Peace

If I remeber it was very expensive for 88Vert to get his repainted, alot more than 250...Of course his had a little more damage...

First check with your insurance company, then have a body shop look at it. A lot of times you can buff most of it out. It looks like a bad scratch but lot of times it just in the clear coat.

Timmy this job will cost you more than $1000.00!!! I guarantee it!! My X was keyed a couple of months ago with alot less damage than you got (rear drivers quarter panel) and the estimate's I got were from $750.00 to $900.00. To get it painted right, the entire side of the X must be painted. $250.00 will get you nothing but a touch-up job. Call your insurance company. I got lucky, my deductable was only $150.00. A check was at my house in three days. Good luck.

Looking at it pretty much the whole passanger side just needs a buff job. The hatch on the other hand there are about 2 key marks that look pretty deep they are about 6 inches long each.

My wifes lumina was parked on the street, and was side swiped, not dented but scarred paint. Only front and rear door, that was 1250.00's!!!
