How Often Do You Wash Your X in Winter?

Depending on the temp and where I'm all (school/home) determins it all. If i'm home at its decent out I'll hand wash it off to get all the grime and stuff off. But other wise I just go and power wash it off. Winter hasn't been to bad here in PA, making me rethink having a 4x4.

This one has been extremely mild in central PA, we usually get a LOT more snow than we have this year...don't give up the 4x4 yet.....

washing helps the windows?

I just thought it was a freak thing with my ex that when I first start it, the windows move down veeerrry sllloooowwww. THey go up fine though.

I bought my 92 a month ago, and it had been washed by someone.... but not since. Maybe I'll wash it in May, when all this freaking snow melts off.

Oh and I do have to replace the doglegs, so I'll wash around them before I do the work.

where's my option? deployed so it wont get washed for a year?!? (in reality i just got home for r&r leave and have washed it 3 times in ten days

I wash my vehicles constantly in the winter time....maybe one of the reasons I've never owned a vehicle that developed any rust while I had it. It all depends on the weather though...I may wash as much as 3-4 times a week if we're getting snow and the roads are constantly wet throwing salt all over...or once or twice a week if the weather is dry.

Every night at the local DIY high pressure wash. I use my X to deliver pizzas and being in Wisconsin in winter, I am a magnet to the road salt. Black paint and white salt don't mix well. I think $2.oo a night is worth it to have a nice shiny vehicle each day.

Once or twice a week usually. Winter is a little tougher but I try to hit the quarter wash once a week depending on the weather. Where I live it tends to be cool and rain instead of cold and dry. I'll wash it when it's 15* but there's no point when it's raining.

im sooooo glad they dont use salt up here!!!

my X will i will prolly do it once a week or so. i dont know i have not been able to get more then 400 miles on it in a year an a half.

my dads 97 though in the winter will go month or even 2 months somtimes..

my moms a freak about it..once a week she runs her 94' through the carwash.
