How tight do I make the front wheel bearing nuts??

On my '94 EB there's a keyway on the front wheel bearing nut and it seems like it's either too tight or too loose. What do you think I should do?
 






dONT MAKE THEM SO TIGHT THEM BREAK OFF, LIKE i DID TO THE BOLTS ON MY DADS DRIVESHAFT :)
