People like to use profiling to "mask" their wrongdoings sometimes.

Not saying your doing so, just saying that I hear it all the time and it's a little silly.

It depends on where you live. Cops are human, and the are bound to be some that prejudge you by what you are driving. Cops here profile. How do I know? They did a full report after a ton of complaints, and the newspaper backed up the study.

agreed...its all where you live. here i got pulled over for turning around in the parking lot of a subdivision tennis court right outside my neighborhood because i have A/Ts. the cop thought i was trenching yards even though my truck was absolutly spotless. he even asked me if i had been doing that.

i have blue lights in my interior lighting it up and ive never been pulled over for THAT reason but i guess if they pulled over every person in NYC for illegal lights practically every car would be getting pulled over

I agree, it is one of those things that a lot of cops just chose to let go, but then may add on a citation or two for when pulling you over for a more obvious things like speeding.

You think that they are "profilling" you because of 22's if you dont give cops a reason to pull you over then they wont like listening to music really really loud that will piss them off and you will get pulled over. And they will find some stupid reason to tack on another bunch of money for say your center tailight being out or your exaust is "aftermarket and highley illegal", OR get a radar detector so you can turn off all the neon etc... I like the second one
