I have a 97 Explorer XLT with the 5.0L engine. I love the old thing but one of the most annoying things its been doing lately is the alarm keeps going off for no reason. It usually happens 3 min after I park, but I'm writing this now at 12:20 am on a Sunday bc it just went off again and that was the last straw. :roll:
I'm sure my neighbors love me too.
How do I disable it? I did a few searches and found one page that said it was in the drivers' side kick panel. I'm not sure what I'm looking for honestly.
