How to disable ignition coil

I need to turn over the engine but not start a 2004 Explorer. Trying to "bump" the engine to rotate crankshaft a touch so I can remove the harmonic balancer bolt with a breaker bar wedged under the frame. Do I pull just the one harness off the back or pull all plug wires off?

Wouldn't pulling the fuel pump relay work for that? no fuel, no start.
