Rebecca,

Is this file/patch on the new and upcoming update/rebuild?

Wondering whether to download now or wait.

Hi Becky or do you prefer Rebecca,

Bet only your parents call you Rebecca! LOL.:D Ok now on to the less Sirius (couldn't resist) stuff.
Should I download patch?
Also Travel Link not working again. Have had hour glasses for 5 days. Radio works fine. This happened before (Master reset didn't help) and after many, many, many phone calls to Sirius Customer Service I was told "take to dealer for hard reboot" and then call back to turn Sirius radio and Travel Link back on. Low and behold by the time I got to dealer (3 days) Travel Link was working fine
PS> How was mini vaca? Get all your shopping done?

Hey, GWA1!

The mini vacation was great, thanks for asking! I got all my holiday shopping done in October... online! No malls for me! ;)

Siriusly though, the SiriusXM Channel Update will be part of the new software and is also on the 2.11 update. After the performance upgrade next year, you shouldn't have the hourglass issue anymore.

BTW, you can call me Becky or Rebecca; I go by both. Here's one thing I did on my mini vaca:

My son and I were making ornaments for our tree and I had a ton of dough left, so I made and painted an Explorer!

Cool! And thanks for the timely reply.

This thread has been dormant for quite sometime, 12-13-2011 to be precise. I am unsure when this problem started, but I noticed this issue about 2 weeks back.
Voice commands thru MFT are operaional but the only one not recognized is the Sirius radio commands. I did the MFT upgrade back in March or April this year.
I have tried all there is in the book to solve as per posts here in this thread but no luck.
This is not a major inconvenience but is a bug I want to get rid off.
I exchanged some notes with Ford Service via Twitter including and not limited to installing the Sirius voice commands and doing a master reset, still no success.
Jaclyn @ Twitter Ford Service advised to stop by the dealer in order for them to take a look at the EX. FYI, all Sirius features in the entertainment section of MFT are working perfectly and no issues with the exception of the voice command.
I was also reading at the Community section of SyncMyRide that someone else experienced the same issue but there are no more comments related to the problem.
I only hope is not a Sync module gone bad.

Bobby:eek:

Update:.After connecting my ipod, Sync mentioned the word Sirius, BUT no luck after trying to use the command and turn Sirius to any channel.

Service is scheduled.:(

After service: I took the EX for service last Monday and well, nothing changed. After working for an entire day and performing reprogram APMI according to TSB 12-9-1, problem still persists.

What a downer!!!
